Below is our general returns, refunds and exchanges policy, however our number 1 goal is customer satisfaction, and the quickest way to solve any problem you may have is to pick up the phone and call us.  You will be amazed at how quickly we can deal with it!

Return of Clocks or Scultptures

Thanks for shopping at Icon Neon.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.  As clocks and sculptures are handled by standard delivery companies, please follow these guidelines for any return or refund enquiries.

Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to be returned with a copy of the receipt provided to you in the purchase process.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return of Neon Signs

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

If you discover a broken section of glass tubing when unpacking your sign, we would need you to take a few photographs of the Neon sign, with one paying attention to the broken section of the sign, and then send the photos to us.

We will then arrange a replacement of that section of the sign to be delivered to you, with detailed instructions on how to replace it in the sign.

 This does not effect your right under the distance selling act.

Bespoke Items Return Policy

Bespoke one of a kind items such as, but not limited to, clocks, caricatures or printed media are not eligible for return.
